As some of you probably expected, i did get this jutsu lol... its a good boss hunting jutsu, but it will be tough to use in PVP (when PVP is finally re-opened)... anyway here is the demonstration of Kinjutsu: Phantom Impulse.

ok, i figured out the problem why i couldnt buy the reset gan... the problem was, i had 200 kari badges saved with this character which means i didnt have enough room in my items slot because the reset gans go into the same slot as the kari badges... so i just did a boss fight then i tried to reset her talent and it worked... so yea, if your having the same problem as this, do what i explained above... make sure you have enough space in the same slot in your items pack where the kari badges go. :)
